Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective or damaged;

  • Wrong item received.

We do not exchange items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by improper handling.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number;

  • Reason for exchange;

  • Photos (if applicable).

Return and reshipping costs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the mistake was ours, we will cover all shipping costs.
