Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and other applicable regulations.

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition;

• Returned in original packaging (when possible);

• Must include any tags or labels (if applicable).

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Example: If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.

Damaged or faulty products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
